Our crowd favourite, the red wine that is enjoyed by many. In fact 6Ft6 Pinot Noir is the fourth highest selling pinot noir in Victoria. Why? 2019 season consisted of low rainfall, cool to mild springtime ripening conditions and an extreme summer heatwave. This meant we had a milder growing period over spring and a fast and furious vintage. Although a challenging growing year we managed to successfully pick the fruit at the perfect point. This resulted in a riper, more fruit driven and juicy wine compared to the structured savoury pinot noir of 2018.

- The fruit 6Ft6 Pinot Noir consists of a variety of clones and having this vast variety makes the wine, well-balanced and easy to drink.

This is a classic pinot with bright cherry and red plum flavours, just a hint of earth, a nuance of vanilla and dark chocolate upon a silky-smooth palate. A fresh and fruit-driven wine that is typical of its variety, exhibiting that beautiful spicy cherry flavour we have come to know and love from this grape.
