Pinchy’s at Austin’s

Melbourne’s lobster roll hotspot is in Geelong every Saturday and Sunday, here at Austin’s Winery.

We are excited to announce that Pinchy’s will be here at Austin’s from November 2 2023 for a three month residency.

The Pinchy’s founders, husband and wife team Jeremy and Samara, are the brains and brawn behind the Pinchy’s brand. Their Bourke St restaurant was opened in 2019 and has fast become the hot spot for Melbourne’s favourite lobster roll.

Inspired over a dining table dinner in San Sebastian, Spain the concept for Pinchy’s was the birth child of many sunkissed long lunches where friendship and good wine flowed freely.

Pinchy’s have their popular items on the menu such as the KFC sando, crab taco, leek croquettes, truffle fries and their famous lobster roll.

Any booking for 8 or more adults will be required to dine from the Chef Selection Menu at $60 per head.
