Led by Chef James Matino, Masa brings the vibrant and rich flavors of Mexico right to your palate, creating a symphony of taste that perfectly complements the exquisite wines of Austin’s.
Chef Matino is a young and passionate cook from Melbourne, who’s food is heavily influenced and guided by the abundance of beautiful food and produce blooming out of the America’s, specifically Mexico.
Masa is the dough made from maize (corn), which is often said to be the lifeblood of the Mexica peoples. With this in mind, his food is made with respect to tradition ways and methods whilst being slog elevated and brought into modern times.
