Introducing BAAH LAH! @ Austin’s
BAAH LAH! is bringing bold Singaporean flavours to the Austin’s Wines cellar door this May, with a kitchen residency led by head chef and owner Brian Anderson. Rooted in his Singaporean heritage, Brian’s produce-driven menu reinterprets traditional Malay and Chinese cuisines; diverse flavours and traditional techniques are reinterpreted for modern day diners.
With a strong commitment to sourcing locally and ethically, much of the menu features hyper-local, seasonal ingredients grown on his family’s farm in Katandra, Victoria, or foraged nearby. It’s a decade-long passion project that champions sustainability, flavour, and cultural connection on every plate.
