PINCHY'S AT AUSTIN'S
The Pinchy’s pair and husband and wife, Jeremy and Samara are the brains and brawn behind the Pinchy’s brand. Their Bourke St restaurant was opened in 2019 and has fast become the hot spot for Melbourne’s favourite lobster roll.
Inspired over a dining table dinner in San Sebastian, Spain the concept for Pinchy’s was the birth child of many sunkissed long lunches where friendship and good wine flowed freely.
Pinchy’s will will be popping up as the latest kitchen residency at Austin’s from November 2023 to January 2024.
Seafood and vegan options are available as a 6 or 8 piece tasting menu.
A UNIQUE VENUE FOR YOUR NEXT EVENT
Housed in a renovated shearing shed with picturesque views of the vineyard, Austin’s is a unique and welcoming space.
Exclusive use of the cellar door is available from Monday to Friday and after 5:30pm on Saturday and Sunday.
There is no venue hire fee for functions of over 60 pax that include a drink package and either cheese or catering package.
Drinks packages from $45 per head
Cheese grazing stations from $25 per head
Pinchy’s catering packages from $65 per head
Your own choice of catering can also be discussed.
