From Saturday 4 July, two of Geelong’s best come together. The Birch, the restaurant loved for its exceptional produce and genuine, warm hospitality, is bringing its kitchen to Austin’s, where you’ll find the 6Ft6 and Austin’s wines poured alongside some of the most stunning vineyard views in the region.

With Chef Brian Anderson leading the way, you can expect that signature Birch touch. Beautiful local produce, cooked simply and with care, and served the way you’d hope to be looked after. Think freshly shucked oysters, slow confit duck leg, and the famous Birch cheeseburger. Plates made to share and linger over, each with a recommended pairing across our two labels, 6Ft6 and Austin’s.

Settle in, pour a glass, and take in the view. This is a residency with a short season, so it’s well worth booking your table while you can.
