Low and slow Texas BBQ. Paying homage to the generations of pit masters in the south by keeping their process simple. Hand selected meat, wood, fire and time.
Expect black angus brisket and berkshire pork lovingly prepared and slowly taking in the redgum smoke for 12 hours. Vegeterian and vegan options also catered for.
Mulita BBQ prides itself on slow-cooked barbecue, with each menu item taking a minimum of 6 hours to cook and our signature brisket up to 14 hours. While we make every effort to meet demand, some items may sell out due to their popularity.
Catering lunch every weekend Fri-Sun, 12-5pm until 2 July.
